| Abstract: | A numerical control pleating machine controlled by the "Micro profe- ssor" single board microcomputer is presented to replace the conventional one. This NC Pleating machine is not only able to pleat complicated patterns but also able to control the temperature of heat set fabric and to control the length of plicated fabric. The hardware, software and debugging of this equipment are described in detail. |
