| 摘 要： | 提出了一种实用有效的网络安全技术解决方法－－基于软件网关的网络安全技术，通过与其它常见的网络安全技术相比较以及实际应用，证明了该技术不仅能够有效的解决当前国内小型机构面临的网络安全问题和网络资源配置问题，而且其成本低廉，值得推广。
