一种备件多级库存系统的仿真优化模型

摘    要:针对备件多级库存问题,分析了备件需求的特点,建立了多级库存问题模型.在模型的基础上对备件订购量、安全库存量,订购策略,率存模式等进行了研究.研究发现:库存模式、订购策略和相关参数都会影响库存策略和最小总费用;一般情况下,较优订购策略为“库存量降到安全库存水平以下时订购,订购使得备件总量达到某一常数”.因此,备件采用多级库存模式还是单极库存模式应根据具体参数和订购策略确定.由于备件库存问题的特殊性,论文提出了一种求解该问题的仿真优化方法.实验结果表明:是一种有效的求解备件库存优化问题的方法。

Abstract:A model on multi-echelon inventory system of spare parts was proposed based on the analysis to it, Ordering quantity of spare parts, safety storage, ordering strategy and storage mode were researched on the basis of the model, Storage mode, ordering strategy and related parameters have an impact on storage strategy and minimum system cost, Generally, it is a better strategy that plays an order when the storage is below the safety storage and the sum of spare parts in stock comes back to a constant value. Therefore, parameters and ordering strategy given determine the storage mode, Multi-echelon inventory system of spare parts is very complex and specific, An optimal solution based on simulation was proposed to this problem. Experiments show that the method is valid.
