高校图书馆期刊工作性能的转变

针对高校图书馆期刊工作存在的问题和矛盾，提出了转变期刊工作性能的若干具体措施，包括完善期刊的管理模式，强化期刊工作的服务职能，对重点科研课题开展主题定向服务，加强期刊二次和三次文献工作，开展期刊文献咨询服务，强化期刊文献的深层次开发。提高期刊工作人员业务能力和素质等。

On the Transformation of the Perform ance of Library' s Periodical Work

In the light of the problems and contr adictions existing in library' s periodical work of university libr ary,this paper puts forward some concrete mea sures for transforming the performa nce of the periodical work,which include per-fecting the periodical management m ode,strengthening the service function of the periodical work,develop ing the SDI (selective dissemination of informa tion)service for the key scientific research projects,emphasizing the perio dicals' second and third literature work,pr oviding periodical literature consultancy service,reinforcing the deep development of periodical literatures,and improv ing the professional ability and quality of the periodical personnel,etc.
