变压器的冷却控制在电力生产中的应用

摘    要:基于某大型水电站主变压器正常运行时其冷却控制系统误发“主变冷却全停”信号,造成主变保护误动作。根据现场检查,缘由主变压器油面温度指示控制器温度模拟量输出值出现越限现象,致使冷却控制流程中的主变冷却全停程序启动造成。针对这一问题,对冷却控制流程作了修改和完善,确保了主设备安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:In a large- scale hydropower station, the cooling control system sent a wrong signal "main transformer cooling system stop" when the main transformer is working normally and the wrong signal made the main transformer protection system to accomplish a wrong action. After the site investigation on the accident,the reason is that the analogue temperature output value of the main transformer's oil surface temperature indieation controller was over its limit value and then made the main transformer's cooling system stop program start. For this problem, the modification and perfection work to the cooling control process was done to make sure that the main equipment will run safely and stably in the future.
