| 摘 要： | 针对目前特殊灾害频繁,文章从系统理论的角度出发,构建了交通应急能力评价体系,并运用层次分析法,AHP,和专家调查法合理地确定了各个评价指标的权重,建立起交通应急能力评价模型,最后采用该评价模型对2008年春南方雪灾的交通应急能力进行评价分析,分析的结果表明该评价模型的实用性.

| Abstract: | Frequently present special hazards for,the articles from the system theory point of view, building the traffic emergency response capacity evaluation system,uslng AHP and expert survey to determine a reasonable evaluation of each weight, and establishing a transportation emergency response capability assessment model, Finally using the evaluation model on the 2008 spring snow to evaluate the traffic emergency response capacity, analysis showed that the practicability of the evaluation model . |
