苏打盐碱胁迫对水稻不同生育时期各器官干物质积累的影响

摘    要:选用吉林省西部典型苏打盐碱土,利用盆栽试验的方法探讨苏打盐碱胁迫对水稻不同生育时期各器官干物质积累的影响。结果表明:盐碱胁迫对同一水稻品种和不同耐盐碱特性的水稻品种各器官干重的影响是不同的。耐盐碱性弱的吉优1号叶片干重、叶鞘干重和穗干重对盐碱胁迫敏感程度比耐盐碱性强的农大10要重一些,而两品种茎干重受盐碱胁迫而变化的趋势一致。从地上部生物产量来看,吉优1号对盐碱的敏感程度比农大10强,而且两品种在抽穗期和乳熟期对盐碱的敏感性比其它时期要强一些。盐碱胁迫对水稻地下部干重的影响不明显。表8,参12。

Abstract:With pot-culture experiments,we evaluated the effect of saline-sodic stress on dry matter accumulation of various organs at different growth stages of rice.The results were summarized as followings: effect of saline-sodic stress on dry weight of same and different saline sodic resistant rice varieties was more different.Saline-sodic sensitivity of some characters of Jiyou1(salt sensitive),such as leaves dry weight,vaginas dry weight and panicles dry weight,were heavier than that of Nongda10(salt resistant),whereas saline-sodic sensitivity to stalk dry weight was the same for Jiyou1 and Nongda10.Saline-sodic sensitivity of the biomass of shoots in Jiyou1 was heavier than in Nongda10 and Saline-sodic sensitivity of the biomass of shoots at heading and filling stage in rice was heavier than at other growth stages.The effect of saline-sodic stress on dry weight of rice roots was not remarkable.
