D2冷作模具钢的回火转变研究

摘    要:研究了D2冷作模具钢淬火后,在不同温度下回火的组织及性能变化规律,结果表明,引起D2钢二次硬化的原因,除了残留奥氏体的转变以外,另一个重要因素是VC,Mo_2C 等强化相的析出和沉淀。实验结果完善了D2冷作模具钢的二次硬化机制,并为D2钢的二次硬化处理提出最佳工艺。

Abstract:The structural transformation and changes in properties of cold-working die steel D2 were studied at different tempering temperatures after its quenching. The results indicated that an important cause for secondary hardening of steel D2 is.besides the transformation of residual austenite.the separation and precipitation of hardened phases.e. g. VC and Mo2C. The experimental results will perfect the mechanism of the secondary hardening of cold die steel D2.and provide optimum process for the secondary hardening of steel D2.
