PA66/PA66功能化碳纳米管复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以酸化的碳纳米管为原料,通过原位聚合在其表面接枝PA66得到PA66功能化碳纳米管(NF-CNTs),然后用溶液共混法将NF-CNTs与PA66混合制备了PA66/NF-CNTs复合材料,对比了碳纳米管功能化前后对于复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:NF-CNTs在复合材料中分散性更好;与PA66/CNTs复合材料相比,PA66/NF-CNTs复合材料的体积电阻率更低,渗滤阈值从4%下降为3%;当NF-CNTs的添加量为2%时,PA66/NF-CNTs复合材料的初始失重温度达到最大值390℃,与纯PA66以及PA66/CNTs复合材料相比,分别提升了38℃和13℃.

Abstract:In this work, PA66-functionalized carbon nanotubes (NF-CNTs) were prepared by in situ polymerization. PA66/NF-CNT composites were obtained by mixing NF-CNTs and PA66. The thermal stability and electrical properties of PA66/NF-CNT composites and PA66/CNT composites were compared. Results show that, the dispersion of NF-CNTs in PA66 matrix is better than that of CNT, the volume resistivity of the PA66/NF-CNT composites is lower compared with PA66/CNTs composites, the percolation threshold is about 4% for PA66/CNT composites and 3% for PA66/NF-CNT composites, the thermal degradation of PA66/NF-CNT composites with 2% of NF-CNTs starts around 390℃, which is 38℃ and 13℃ higher than that of pure PA66 and PA66/CNT composites with 2% of unfunctionalized CNTs.
