维U颠茄铝胶囊中硫酸阿托品和氢溴酸东莨菪碱含量测定

硫酸阿托品和氢溴酸东莨菪碱为维U颠茄铝胶囊中重要活性成分,其含量的测定有利于产品的质量监控。采用甲醇-超声波提取活性成分,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定含量。结果表明:超声波-甲醇提取效果好;HPLC 分析结果显示硫酸阿托品(0．0216-0．24192 mg／mL)和氢溴酸东莨菪碱(0．01062-0．12736 mg／mL)均呈良好的线性相关,相关系数分别为0．9993和0．9998;精确度高,硫酸阿托品平均加样回收率96．43％,RSD为1．0％(n=5), 氢溴酸东莨菪平均加样回收率95．10％,RSD为1．0％(n=5);试验的分离性、重复性和稳定性良好。本方法快速、可靠,同时为其他中药制剂中硫酸阿托品和氢溴酸东莨菪碱含量测定奠定了基础。

Content Determination of Scopolamine Hydrobomide and Atropine Sulfate in Vitamin U, Belladonna and Aluminium Capsules

Content determination of scopolamine hydrobomide and atropine sulfate is important because they are all active pharmaceutical ingredients of vitamin U, belladonna and aluminium capsules. Methanol - ultrasonic was used to extract the active components and High Performance Liquid Chromotography (HPLC) to analyze the content. The results indicated that ultrasonic methanol is of high effectiveness in extraction. HPLC analysis results showed that both Scopolamine Hydrobomide (0.0216 -0. 12736 mg/ mL) and Atropine Sulfate (0.01062 -0.12736 mg/mL) present good linear correlation. The coefficients of linear correlation are 0.9993 and 0.9998 respectively. HPLC is of high accuracy, precision, reproductivity and stability. High accuracy lies in that the average recoveries of Altropine Sulfate are 96. 43% , RSD is1. 0% (n = 5) and that of Scopolamine Hydrobomide are 95.10% , RSD is 1.0% ( n = 5). HPLC is efficient and reliable. At the same time, it provides funderment for the content determination of Scopolamine Hydrobomide and Atropine Sulfate in other Chinese medicine.
