摘    要:首次建立了双自由度运动状态下,用直线型切刀包络加工圆柱蜗杆传动的啮合原理数学模型.直线型切刀包络的圆柱蜗杆副中,蜗杆的轴向齿廓为凸齿廓,蜗杆与蜗轮是全台面接触,蜗轮齿面接触线较长,以这种接触传动为主传动应用在电梯曳引机上很理想.

Abstract:in a two degree-of-freedom motion state,the mathematical model of the meading principle of the cylindrical worm drive with a straight-face tool enveloped and machined worm is established for the first time.In the cylindrical worm pair with a straight-face tool enveloped worm,the worm axial profile is convex,and the worm contacts with the wormgear on all tooth surfaces.The contact lines on the wormgear are comparatively long.Therefore it is ideal to use this kind of contact drive as the main drive in an elevator hauling engine.
