| Abstract: | Normalizing the financial management is very important for the development of people- run enterprise. This paper expounds some problems that should be solved in normalizing the financial management of people- run enterprise, which include making effective coordination of the relation between capital and reliabilities, making clear the operation target, paying attention to the liquidity management of the assets, treating well the relation between taxation and operation, keeping the continuity of operation, and cultivating and employing the talents of management, etc. |
