| 摘 要： | 在尺度参数为a、形状参数为β的条件下，给出了Weibull分布场合下无失效数据的一种推断方法，并对一组无失效数据进行了统计分析．该方法根据指数分布函数的凸性性质，给出了备检测时刻失效概率pi（i=1，2，…，m）的相互关系，作为先验信息，得到pi的Bayes估计，进而给出母体参数的估计及可靠性指标．

| Abstract: | Gives a method to deduce zero-failure data in Weibull distribution, with α as scale parameter and β as shape parameter, and analyzes one group of zero-failure statistically. According to the convexity property of index distribution function, the method shows the relationship of fail-probability pi （i = 1,2,…, m） at different time, as priori information to obtain the Bayesian estimation about pi. Further, presents the estimation about population parameters and mark of reliability. |
