| 摘 要： | 为探索、规范并确证粗蛋白、钙、磷指标含量的快速测定方法,选用了15种典型猪鸡配合料和原料,分别测定了上述三项指标的含量,并与国标法测得结果进行了统计比较,t—检验差异不显著(P>0.05),说明快速法有国标法近似的准确性和稳定性,可以在一般实验室常规分析和大规模饲料质量普查中参考应用.

| Abstract: | The study was conducted to investigate the speedy determining method of crude protein (CP), Ca and P. 15 kinds of formulas were determined the contents of CP, Ca and P with the speedy determining method , and compared with GB method. The results showed that there were no significantly difference between two methods, and the accuracy and repetition of the speedy determining method was the same as those of GB method, and may be used in determining feeds. |
