摘    要:考察身体质量指数(BMI)与规律运动对中老年妇女跟骨骨密度相对值T值的影响.通过对72名中老年妇女分别完成身高体重测量、规律运动调查问卷及左脚跟骨骨密度测定,结果发现:BMI与T值呈显著正相关(r=0.366,P〈0.01),BMI肥胖组骨密度高于标准组;规律运动的中老年妇女其骨密度高于无规律运动组(t=2.526,P〈0.05).说明规律运动与BMI均是影响跟骨骨密度的重要因素,有规律地参加体育运动对预防中老年妇女骨质疏松具有重要意义,而对于BMI较低的中老年妇女则更应重视骨质疏松的诊断与防治.

Abstract:Objective The paper studies the effects of body mass index and regular exercise on calcaneus' bone mineral density of mid-aged and elderly women. Methods Seventy-two elderly women have respectively measured their height, weight and regular exercise questionnaire and calcaneus' bone mineral density of the left foot. Results BMI and T-score are significantly correlated (r=0.366, P〈0.01), the T-score in obese group are higher than that in the standard group. The mineral density of regular exercise group are higher than that of no regular exercise group (t=2. 526, P〈0.05) . Conclusion Both regular exercises and BMI are important factors in calcaneus' bone mineral density, regular exercises are important to prevent and postpone osteoporosis for elderly women, and elderly women with lower BMI should be more emphasis on the diagnosis of osteoporosis and prevention.
