| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济的发展,科技进步使自然资源对经济和社会发展的支撑力逐步下降,而人力资源的作用在不断上升。人们对现代化的发展模式发生了根本的改变。对创新型科技人才的需求,成为现代企业活动中的重要课题。通过对国外企业科技人才创新能力开发模式的分析,希望对我国有积极的借鉴作用。
