| 摘 要： | 通过微格演练应用于跨栏跑的教学实验后，得出：微格演练可以使讲解示范与技术分析同步进行，有利于学生掌握技术与技能，有利于提高学生的学习兴趣，有利于信息的传递与反馈，有利于提高教学质量。
