| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法,以二甲基亚砜甲醇(11)作溶剂,甲醇水磷酸(9550.1)作流动相,紫外可见检测器(254 nm)测定了五氯硫酚锌盐及杂质六氯苯的含量.本方法操作简单、精密度好、线形好、回收率高,可方便地进行实际应用.

| Abstract: | Zinc salt of phentachlorothiophenol and hexachloro-benzene were determined by reverse HPLC using DM-SO/CH3OH( 1:1) as solvent and CH3OH /H2O/ H3PO4 as mobile phase. The UV detection was applied with wavelength of 254 nm. The linearity and the recovery of the method is good. It is simple, accurate and convenient that the method is to be utilized. |
