高精度频率连续可调方波发生器

摘    要:在数控技术中,如何提高数控机床的加工精度,保证加工过程中加工速度不断变化时,机床工作稳定可靠,关键问题在于提供一个高精度且振荡频率连续可调的方波发生器,本文提出了一种以 NE555 TIMER 芯片(美国德克萨斯公司产品)为核心的高精度频率连续可调方波发生器.该方波发生器应用于 MCK84—1微机数控插齿机中.经运行试验证明,它具有精度高,工作隐定可靠,在0~1500Hz 频率范围内连续可调等特点,特别适用于应用微型机的数控机床.有效地克服了目前国内数控机宋在加工速度变化时存在的缺点,对数控装置微机化具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:In numerical control technology,a high precision square wave generator with continuously adjustable oscillating freqeney range is tee key to improving the processing precision of a numercial control machine tool so as to guarantee smooth running of the machine tool while the working speed is in constant change during the processing course.In this paper we present a method to use NE555 TIMER chip,a product of Taxas Co.,as the core to the generator for use with MCK 84-1 microcomputer adjusted numerical control slotter.Experimental results prove that the design is of high precision,stability and reliability.The generator can continuously regulate the freqency range between 0-1500 Hz.It is especially suited for numerical control machine tool directed by microcomputer,and can sufficiently overcome t he shortage seen during changes in working speed of the numerical control machine tools in current use in China.The method suggested in this paper is reliable and practical for micro numerical control systems.
