摘    要:为了提高码分多址接入(CDM A)系统的资源利用率和吞吐量,保证实时业务的服务质量(Q oS),提出了两种基于用户中断概率的呼叫接纳控制(CAC)算法。两种算法分别将平均或者最大中断概率定义为业务的服务质量,对用户的呼叫进行接纳控制。基于平均中断概率的策略能够提高系统的吞吐量和无线资源的利用率,而基于最大中断概率的呼叫接纳控制策略可以提供更好的Q oS保证。通过仿真,比较了基于平均中断概率的CAC算法与基于资源预留的CAC算法。结果表明:该文提出的算法在系统负载较大时,系统的中断概率能够降低50%以上;同时不需要预留资源,提高了系统的资源利用率。

Abstract:Two call admission control(CAC) schemes were developed for code division multiple access(CDMA) systems to improve the system throughput and provide quality-ofservice(QoS) guarantees.These two schemes define the average or maximum outage probability as the QoS for each class of traffic.The scheme based on the average outage probability improves system throughput as well as the wireless resources efficiency.The scheme based on the maximum outage probability provides better QoS guarantees.Simulation results show that the outage probability with these methods is reduced by almost 50% compared to the resource reservation algorithm when the system load is high.The resource efficiency is also higher since there is no reserved resource in these algorithms.
