| 摘 要： | 行政组织信息系统接受是电子政务研究的一个新领域.借助于新制度主义理论的指导,从制度影响的角度构建影响行政组织信息系统采纳意图的因素,采用问卷调研的方式对组织高层支持、群体文化、上级部门强制压力和潜在使用者强制压力进行实证研究,最终结果表明组织高层支持、群体文化和潜在使用者强制压力对行政组织信息系统接受有显著性影响.

| Abstract: | The information systems adoption of administration organization is a new research trend in the electronic affair field.The affecting factors model was constructed by the new institutional theory,and using the survey method to testify the hypotheses.At last,the results suggest the organization supporting,group culture,and latent user coercive pressure will significantly influence the adoption intention. |
