氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定蔬菜中铅的方法研究

摘    要:采用原子荧光法对蔬菜中铅的含量进行了测定,试验结果表明,采用原子荧光法的最低检出限为0.16μg/L,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995。用加标回收率考察方法的准确度,加标回收率为94.5%~103.7%。用相对标准偏差考察方法的精密度,相对标准偏差均在4.0%以下。

Abstract:The atomic fluorescence method is used to assay the lead in vegetables. The result shows that the minimum detection limit is 0. 16μg/L. The linear relation is good, and the relative standard deviation is 0.9995. By the coefficient recoveries to inspect the accuracy, the coefficient recoveries are from 94.5% - 103.7%. By the relative standard deviation to inspect the precision, the relative standard deviation is always below 4.0%.
