| 摘 要： | 研究应用一次成苗培养基和试管苗一次性移栽技术，通过改进光照培养时间和强度、增加每瓶接种侏数、结合常规扦插扩繁等措施提高快繁生产效率，降低成本，达到了种苗规模生产要求。

| Abstract: | The techniques using culture medium which can produce seedlings and tube seedlings direct transplant are resarched,by improving light time and intensity,increasing the number of inoculation in a bottle,combining regular catting and rapid reproduce in order to raise the product efficiency,reduce the cost and realice the demand of industrial scale producing seedlings. |
