燃烧无烟煤的循环流化床动态仿真模型研究

摘    要:由于循环流化床燃烧方式具有一系列优点,循环流化床燃烧无烟煤开始逐渐普及。与烟煤相比,无烟煤具有着火难、难燃烬的特点。针对这两个特点,分别建立了其在循环流化床中特有的点火模型以及燃烧模型,并应用在某燃用无烟煤循环流化床电厂的仿真机上。同时由于某些无烟煤的灰熔点可能接近电厂正常运行床温,容易产生结焦现象,因此也建立了无烟煤的结焦模型,能够定性反映炉膛结焦现象。

Abstract:Due to a series of advantages, CFB Boilers combosting anthracite coal starts to widely spread. Compared with bituminous coal, anthracite coal is much more difficult to take fire and combust completely. For these two characteristics, an ignition model and a combustion model of anthracite coal were proposed, and were applied in a 440t/h CFB simulator. Because the melting point of ashes in some anthracite coal is quite close to CFB bed operating temperature, it is easy to coke in boiler, then a coking model of anthracite coal that can show the coking phenomena qualitatively was also proposed.
