汽车拖钩以铸代锻试制

摘    要:采用加稀土的ZG35熔模铸造,再进行热处理,代替原来用45^#钢锻造方法的拖钩,其硬度、韧性虽稍有不足,但性能完全满足使用要求,生产成本可降低15%。

Abstract:Automobile clevis joints have been made with heat treated rare earth containing ZG35 steel by investment casting instead of the original forged 45 steel. Although the hardness and toughness of the cast joint are slightly lower than the specifications of the forgings, the performance of the cast joint can entirely meet the requirements of the application, while the production cost can be reduced by 15%.
