| 摘 要： | 微转移是指用常规临床病理方法不能检出的非血液系统恶性肿瘤的转移。近年来随着免疫学和分子生物学的应用和发展，使微转移的检测成为可能。乳腺癌的治疗失败主要原因是远处转移，正确认识和判断有无肿瘤转移，尤其是微转移，对临床诊断，治疗及判断检测具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Micrometastasis refers to the metastasis that does not originate from blood system nor can be detected by routine histologic examinations. With the development of immunology and molecular biology, it is possible to detect micrometastasis. It is a chief case for the failure of treatment of breast cancer. Hence, to acknowledge and judge more accurately the metastasis, especially micrometastasis is of great significance to the clinic diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of patients. |
