| Abstract: | Facing the current situation of putting university student cadres in important position while neglecting their training,university authorities should strengthen the significance of systematizing the training of university student cadres.The article puts forward the specific requirements and details of systematizing the training of university student cadres.It also provides some ideas for constructing a team of the university student cadres,which is of high efficiency,innovation and prestige. |
