| Abstract: | From the angles of the reform and the legislation, and connecting with the present situation and the developing tendency of the East Mountain Valley, Taiyuan City, this paper analyzes the principles and guiding thoughts of drawing up the flood control and drainage plan under the market economy condition, and puts forward some corresponding measures in the light of the problems existing in the flood control and drainage system of the East Mountain Valley. |
