摘    要::DICOM是国际通用的医学图像存储与传输标准,对DICOM的读取与显示是其他医学图像处理的基础,但基于该标准的图像文件通常并不被现有的图像处理软件所支持。本文介绍了一种通过对DICOM文件格式的解读和OpenGL技术从而实现对医学图像的读取与显示以及实现在对医学图像的处理过程中涉及到大量的窗宽窗位调节的操作的实时显示的新方法。并使用Bresenham算法改进了LUT的生成,提高医学影像的显示效率。

Abstract:DICOM is an international standard of medical image storage and transmission, the read and display to DICOM is the foundation of other medical image processing, however, the image file based on this standard is usually not be supported by existing image processing software at present. Aimed at this issue, Introducing a kind of new method to read and display medical image and implement the real-time display of adjustment of window width and window leveling happened frequently in the processing of medical image through the interpretation of the format of DICOM file and the application of OpenGL Finally, the Bresenham algorithm is proposed to improve the LUT generation algorithm. A good result is got and an affirm ation from doctors is made in practice.
