排尿引起的晕厥

本文四例均为男性。晕厥有发生于排尿前、排尿中及排尿后。其机制谓与直立性低血压有关,或与乏氏动作有关。本文四例均不能以单一原因解释.故排尿性晕厥可能为各种复杂原因所致。预后良好,无特殊治疗.要注意劳逸结合。

MICTURITION SYNCOPE

Mieturition syncope is an abrupt transient loss of consciousness during or after micturition arid commonly encounted in males. All of these four cases raported were males. Syncopes occured just before, or during, or right after the micturition. The mechanism of this was explained to be associated with erect postural hypotension or related to Valsalva's maneuver. But none of these four cases could be explained by any unitary cause, It seems probably that they were due to intricate causes, The patients with this stigma usually have agood prognosis. There is no particular treatment needed but pay more attention to a proper balance between work and rest.
