| Abstract: | Investment decision-making Phrase,a focal point to control the building cost,is of vital importance to the project cost.So we should attach great importance to it.The paper described the vital importance and main contents of controlling the project cost during the decision-making phrase,and puts forward some effective methods to control the project cost. |
