| 摘 要： | 民国初年,派系林立,纷争不断,政局极度动荡,而在这动荡之中,却有一群职业外交家始终为当权者所器重,处在外交的风口浪尖和政治的前台.细究其因,既有从开始近代化以来的社会历史趋势的推动和根源作用,也源于民国初年纷繁复杂之外交工作的迫切需要,更是当时政治格局和职业外交家群体特点的结果.

| Abstract: | At the early Republican China period,there are too many cliques conflict continuously,so that the political situation is extremely turbulent.Although in the turbulence,the professional diplomat group is regarded highly by in powers all along,controlling the foreign affairs.The cause is the impetus of the social historical trend in the process of modernization,and the urgent demand of complicated diplomatic works,especially the result of the political situation at that time and the characteristics of the professional diplomat group. |
