摘    要:绩效管理是现代企业人力资源管理的关键,是提高员工工作绩效和积极性的最重要的手段.分析探讨了地勘单位在绩效管理实施和操作过程中存在的误区和问题,并提出了相应的对策.

Abstract:The performance management, which is the key of the human resources management in the modern enterprises, is an important means for improving employee's working performance and enthusiasm. This paper analyzes on and probes into some error areas and problems existing in the course of carrying out the performance management, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
