| 摘 要： | 用恒电位扫描对叶绿素光伏电池光伏参数进行测试.稳态下,仅用一条光照扫描曲线可同时获得八个光伏参数。研完了扫描曲线的重复性.证明了四种扫描讯号波形对测试光伏参数的一致性,在不加屏蔽的情况下,研究了光伏参数测试数据的精度和准确度.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the measurement of photovoltaic parameters of chlorophyll photovoltaic cell with potentiostatic scanning. Study indicates that eight photovoltaic parameters are obtained simultaneously from one light scanning curve only.Experiments show that there are a very good repetition of the scanning curves under steady state and a very nice agreement of the scanning curves in using the four different types of the scanning sign. The precision and accuracy of the photovoltaic parameter data are studied without any electric and magnetic screen. This paper presents a method to distinguish the chlorophyll photovoltaic cell from the chlorophyll electrochemical cell according to the situations of dark and light scanning curves. |
