摘    要:过度城市化的研究在我国越来越深入,尤其是对人口和用地规模的过度城市化十分关注。与其相比,对城市内部系统等在过度城市化中存在的问题关注不够。本文所关注的过度城市化问题主要侧重于城市化过程中的合理化、成本与浪费问题,如空间格局问题、生态格局问题、园林系统问题等。以石家庄为主要研究对象,致力干研究石家庄市城市多核心空间拓展以解决城市功能合理化问题,研究石家庄市生态区构建以解决环境成本问题,研究石家庄市城市绿地系统构建以解决城市美化与资源节约之间的矛盾。通过以上3个方面旨在探讨节约型城市的内部合理化问题。

Abstract:The study of over-urbanization is more and more deeply in our country, especially for the over-urbanization impacted on population and land using is highly concerned. On the other hand, the internal systems of cities' over-urbanization problems that existed have insufficient attention. This paper concerns on the issues that mainly focus on the rationalization, cost and waste issues in the process of over-urbanization, For example: spatial pattern issue, ecological structure issue and gardens system issue. This paper takes Shijiazhuang city as a case, in order to make three questions clearly. Firstly,Shijiazhuang City's multi-core spaces expanding to make the urban functions more rationalization; then the construction of Shijiazhuang City's ecological zone to resolve the issue of environmental costs; the construction of Shijiazhuang City's urban greenbelt system to solve the contradiction between city prettification and resources conservation at the end. Through the above-mentioned 3 as-tween city prettification and resources conservation at the end. Through the above-mentioned 3 aspects, we intend to discuss the internal Optimization of the resource-efficient City.
