| Abstract: | On the bas of the rock cutting experiment, characteristics in the effect of the factors like the cutting data and tool geometries and etc on the hard rock cutting forces are studied. The principles of selection of the cutting technological parameters are proposed. The empirical formulas of rock cutting forces are given. They can be referred to the design and use of the hard rock cutting machinery, tool, and fixture. 5figs., 2tabs., 6refs. |
