| 摘 要： | 众多国有物资企业持续亏损,步履维艰,与当前蓬勃发展的物流企业呈现彼消此长的明显反差。物资企业只有转变观念,提高人员物流意识,推行“三改”,建立适应市场经济的企业制度;调整发展战略,开展现代物流业务;利用先进技术改造和提升物资企业方可向现代物流企业转型。

| Abstract: | A lot of state-owned material enterprises keep in red and it's hard for them to survive,compared with those flourishing resources-flow enterprise,their disadvantages are quite clear.For material enterprises,only through the way of changing concepts,raising personnel's minds of resources-flow and advancing "three alterations" can they establish system that could suitable to market economy;only adjusting development strategy,launching modern resources-flow services and making use of high-tech so as to elevate resources-flow enterprises can they achieve the conversion to resources-flow enterprise. |
