摘    要:提出一种基于操作簇改良策略的配电网重构遗传算法。将以操作簇为单位的遗传操作中出现的不可行解改良为可行解,建立了以停电损失费用最小为目标函数进行网络重构的数学模型,并采用IEEE RBTS配电系统进行了测试。结果表明,该优化算法可有效地降低配电系统的停电损失费用,且性能优良。

Abstract:This paper presents an improved genetic algorithm based on operating-duster improvement strategy in which the infeasible solutions arising out of GA operation are improved into feasible ones. Also ,a mathematical model to carry out the network reconfiguration with the minimum interruption cost as the target function in the case of interruption cost is established. The IEEE RBTS is adopted to test the power distribution system. The results indicate that this optimal algorithm can effectively reduce the interruption cost in the power distribution system and is of fine performances.
