| Abstract: | As a perlude to an study of morphological properties of neurons in the auditory cortex,we investigated pyramidal cells in an intracellar in vitro analysis in young and adult rats.Recordings were obtained with micropipettes filled with biocytin which was iontophoretically injected into physiologically characterized neurons to reveal their somadendritic and axonal morphology. |
