聚酯聚醚多嵌段共聚物表面的XPS研究

摘    要:用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了一系列PE(?) PTMO多嵌段共聚物——空气界面的化学组成。实验结果表明:在XPS的最大有效取样深度(<5nm)里,样品表面都富集了PTMO软段。硬段含量为24.1 Wt%的共聚物样品,软硬段产生的相分离程度最大。在同一硬段含量下,软段分子量越高,表相中PTMO的富集量越大,溶剂的溶解性越好,表相中PTMO的富集量越大,软硬段的相分离程度愈高。

Abstract:Of a series of PET-PTMO multiblock copolymers the enrichment of the soft segment PTMO was revealed by XPS . It is evident that the extent of the enrichment of the soft segment in the surface layer (< 5 nm)depends mainly upon several factors, such as the content, the molecular weight of the soft segment and the solvents used for casting the polymeric film .It turns out that the microphase segregation in terms of the paramenter R reaches its maximal at 24.1 Wt % hard segment. The higher the molecular weight of the soft segment, the greater the PTMO content in the surface layer, and the better the solubility power of the solvent used for casting the polymeric film, the more the enrichment in the surface region during processing .
