| Abstract: | A series of speech of the General Secretary Xi Jinping provide guidelines to us,we must thoroughly implement the spirits of the speech and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist,continue to implement the national long-term education planning outline. The whole college should start from the policy of ＆quot;counterpart-assistance＆quot;,constantly improve the unified action,as well as the coordination and innovation,to actualize the Dali University dream. |
