摘    要:目的:研究长小苞黄芪(Astragalus balfourianus)的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、RP-18、sephadex LH-20、MCI等柱层析进行分离纯化,通过波谱方法等进行结构鉴定。结果:从长小苞黄芪甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分得6个化合物,分别鉴定为:白桦酸(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、异甘草素(3)、角鲨烯(4)、芒柄花苷(5)、芒柄花素(6)。结论:所有的化合物均是首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the chemical constituents of Astragalus balfourianus. Methods: The constituents were isolated by chromatography applying silica gel column, RP- 18, sephadex LH-20 and MCI, and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results: Six compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate fraction of the MeOH extract from rhizomes and were identified as betulinic acid (1),β-sitosterol (2), isoliquiritigenin (3), squalene (4), ononin (5), and formononetin (6). Conclusion: These compounds were obtained from Astragalus balfourianus for the first time.
