彩云阁快繁技术的研究

摘    要:通过愈伤组织诱导途径进行快繁,由茎段诱导愈伤组织阶段和愈伤组织诱导芽阶段的最佳PGR种类和浓度配比分别为2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/L2,4-D+0.1mg/L NAA、3.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA;通过促进腋芽生枝途径进行快繁,茎节诱导芽阶段最佳PGR种类和浓度配比为1.5mg/L6-BA+0.3mg/L NAA;由芽诱导生根阶段最佳PGR种类和浓度配比为0.1mg/L NAA.

Abstract:In this study,the object was to build the multiplication system of the Euphorbia trigona to provide the base of mass production.The results followed that the Euphorbia trigona was multiplicated by callus.The PGR concentration of stem inducement was 2mg/L 6-BA,0.5mg/L 2,4-D and 0.1mg/L NAA.The PGR concentration of shoot inducement was 3.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.1mg/L NAA during callus inducement process.
