| 摘 要： | 通过内蒙古东部区4所高校开展阳光体育运动现状调查,以阳光体育运动的内涵为基点,运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,剖析了制约大学生体质下降的主要因素,指出了开展阳光体育现行机制存在的问题.针对在贯彻落实方面出现的困惑提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | By the suvery and analysis of the carrent sunny sports Activities held by four universities in the eastern Inner Mongolia,based on the connotation of sunnysports,applying documentary analysis method,the paper analyses the main element which restricted the physical deterioration of college students and the problems about the current mechanism of carrying out sunny sports,pointing out the confusion of implementation,puts forward some relevant countermeasures. |
