| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈以及数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对内蒙古自治区高校体育教育专业培养模式、体育教育专业毕业生就业状况,以及我国体育产业发展现状及前景、体育产业所属下的健身教练行业的发展现状和健身教练职业需求进行调查分析,以期了解以上两大方面的相关性,探寻健身教练职业特点及对人才素质的要求,为解决内蒙古自治区体育教育毕业生就业难以及改进内蒙古自治区体育教育专业培养模式等问题提供有益的帮助.
