刺五加总黄酮提取工艺优化研究

摘    要:采用均匀设计四因素三水平正交实验方法,对刺五加总黄酮最佳提取工艺进行优化研究,正交实验结果表明:温浸法中四因素对刺五加总黄酮提取的影响顺序为:浸泡时间>乙醇浓度>水浴温度>料液比,刺五加总黄酮的最佳提取工艺:8倍体积80%乙醇浸泡1.5 h水浴温度70℃,这些提取条件的确定为中药刺五加的大规模开发和应用提供了科学资料和依据。

Abstract:The orthogonal experiment was designed by using four factors and three levels with water bath to study its optimal extractive techonology,the result of the extractive orthogonal experiment show that the in- fluencing sequence in four factors of water bath is: marinate time>the concentration of ethanol>extract temperature>solution volume.The optimal extractive condition is obtained through the experiment in this pa- per is:ratio of solid to liquid 1:8,using 80% ethanol solution to marinate 1.5 hour at 700 C in the water bath.All of these information provide scientific materi- al and basis for large-sale development and applica- tion of Acanthopanax senticosus.
