| Abstract: | A general model for describing leaky Lamb wave propagation in multi layered fluid saturated porous media immersed in liquid is proposed in this letter. Numerical results of leaky Lamb wave modes in a fluid staurated porous plate immersed in water are presented. A new symmetric Lamb wave mode S 01 is discovered. Some characteristics of leaky Lamb modes in layered porous plate are also discussed. |
