| Abstract: | A review of automatic technology in geometrical parameter measurement is presented.After introducing the basic idea on automatization of geometrical measurement,some developments and hot points are discussed in the fields of micro-nanometer measurement,on-line inspection in the automatic manufacturing process,morphometrics and machine vision measurement,automatic processing of measurement data and information,and automatic measurement in life sciences.Some achievements in these fields gained by Hefei University of Technology are also introduced. |
