| 摘 要： | 用冷苯酚从发酵云芝菌丝体中提取２％左右的双链核糖核酸，在Ｃｓ２ＳＯ４中浮力密度为１．６４ｇ／ｃｍ＾３，它对小鼠身上Ａ／ＳＷ－１５病毒感染所引起的流行性感冒具有抗病毒活性，可能是对动物体内的干扰素有诱生作用。

| Abstract: | About 2% ds-RNA of fermeuted polystictus mycelium was extracted by cold hydroxybenzne.The buoyancy deusity of the ds-RNA has a antivirus activity against influenze of rat A/SW-15 virus infection. This is probably to induce productio of interferon in the animal body. |
