织物的喷气脱液方法

摘    要:本文从液体在多孔介质中的渗流机理入手,运用流体动力学方法,分析了织物通过高速气流通道时。纱线间液体及纱线内纤维间液体的去除过程,建立了织物喷气脱液的力学模型。在对织物脱液效果及其影响因素分析讨论的基础上,对针织物试样进行了喷气脱液效果的实际测定,其结果与理论分析基本一致。

Abstract:In this paper, the removal of liquid absorbed in the inter-yarn and inter-fibre spaces of the fabrics passing through the high-speed air passageway, was analysed on the basis of the liquid transport mechanism in porous media. The dynamic model of the liquid-removal procedure of fabric by air-jet was also set up. In addition to the theoretical analyses and discussions on the liquid-removal effect and its influential factors, the experimental measurements of the liquid-removal efficiency of knit fabric sample were also made to show that thev generallv conform to theoretical results.
